Easy no-churn vanilla ice cream
Prep Time: 15 mins
Freezing Time: 5 hours
Ingredients
400g condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream (cold)
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
A pinch of salt.
Pour it up. Just before the homemade vanilla ice cream went into the freezer!
Instructions
Whisk the condensed milk, vanilla essence and salt together and set aside
Whip the cold cream until stiff peaks form
Take 1 cup of cream and add to condensed milk mixture to thin a bit. Then turn the mixture into the bowl of the remaining cream
Freeze for 5 hours
If you want to add fillings (like cookie crumbs, peanut butter swirl or caramel syrup), mix them in at the 2-hour mark and freeze for the remaining 3 hours
